Meet the Founder
Sharon Schwans, MBA and Health Coach
I’m Sharon, founder of Elevana Wellness—a clinic built on both personal resilience and professional expertise.
With a BS in Business and Marketing from San Diego State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, I’ve spent over 30 years in Business Development for Fortune 100 companies in the health and insurance sectors. But my most transformative education came from navigating chronic illness firsthand.
After years of battling Lyme Disease and the hormonal shifts of menopause, I found myself stuck in a cycle of inflammation, fatigue, and weight gain. It wasn’t until I discovered the power of GLP-1 therapies, peptides, and holistic protocols that everything changed. I lost 25 pounds, yes—but more importantly, I reclaimed my energy, clarity, and confidence.
Elevana Wellness was born from that journey. It’s a space where science meets soul, and where clients are supported not just in losing weight, but in optimizing their health at the cellular level. I specialize in metabolic and nervous system support, and I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies—whether they’re 25 or 70, post-burnout or post-menopause.
I’ve shared my story on podcasts like iHeart Radio, speaking openly about the challenges of Lyme Disease and chronic illness. I also serve on the board of the Texas Lyme Disease Association, advocating for awareness, education, and better care for those affected.
At Elevana, I bring together clinical insight, creative strategy, and deep empathy—because I know what it’s like to feel stuck. And I know what it takes to rise.
